1. About this policy

2. What you can get refunded

3. How we calculate a refund

Refund = amount paid × unused paid credits from the purchase ÷ paid credits bought in the purchase − bonus credits from that purchase already used × US$0.01.

Example: you pay US$100 and receive 10,000 paid credits and 3,000 bonus credits. You use 3,000 credits, all from the bonus credits, so all 10,000 paid credits are unused. Refund = US$100 × 10,000 ÷ 10,000 − 3,000 × US$0.01 = US$70.

4. What happens to your credits

When a refund is made, including a refund that Stripe makes, we remove from your wallet:

5. How to ask for a refund

6. If we stop providing Attunz Cloud

If we stop providing Attunz Cloud, we refund the unused paid credits of every purchase, regardless of the 14-day limit in section 2. For each purchase, the refund equals the amount paid × unused paid credits ÷ paid credits bought in that purchase. Bonus credits already used are not deducted from this refund. Bonus credits, trial credits and manual compensation credits are not refunded.

7. Chargebacks

If you file a chargeback for a payment with your bank or card issuer, we may freeze your wallet (Terms of Service, section 12).

8. Your rights under consumer law

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under applicable consumer law, including for duplicate or incorrect charges.
