Operator and scope
Attunz provides the Mac app, this website and the hosted cloud service. These terms cover these services. Questions: hello@attunz.com.
Free app and third-party services
All Attunz software features remain free with local models or BYOK. Attunz does not charge for those options; third-party model fees are paid directly to the provider. Supported third-party account services are governed by their own terms. A local-model download does not automatically change independently configured enhancement, memory or fallback models.
Hosted usage credits
Attunz's hosted cloud service is available. It uses manually purchased usage-credit top-ups, with no automatic renewal at present. It does not automatically recharge your balance. Attunz provides the applicable prices, currency, available service, consumption rules and any expiry conditions before purchase. Current free local/BYOK use does not require a hosted-service purchase.
Use and output
Use Attunz only for content and systems you are permitted to access and process. You remain responsible for your inputs, permissions, chosen providers and use of outputs. Speech recognition and AI output can contain errors; review important text before using it. Attunz does not guarantee a particular speed or accuracy, or the availability of third-party services.
Privacy, refunds and changes
The privacy policy explains model processing, context, website analytics, feedback and optional sync. The refund policy applies to paid hosted-service top-ups. There is currently no automatically renewing Attunz plan to cancel. Attunz will provide changes to paid-service terms before the relevant purchase. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
